We are so happy to be a part of Kiwanis Club of Windsor’s “Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library”, a “community-based book gifting program that mails free, high-quality, age-appropriate books to children from birth until age five, regardless of their family’s income. We partner with a local organization that registers children into our secure database and covers the cost of the books and mailing which averages to be $3.55 per book, per child/month for an agreed coverage area.”
In Windsor/Essex, There are currently 250 children under the age of 5 years old receiving a book monthly from the program!
